It was a nice, sunny afternoon, talking and drinking coffee with a good friend. Hope you will all have a great weekend... no matter what’s written in the coffee grounds (as we say in German) or as you say: reading tea leaves...
A couple of years ago I visited here in the Zurich Art School a class ‘Nude Drawing’. The teacher became ill, so there was a substitute: Peter Radelfinger. He showed me a complete new view on things – a good teacher! His focus on the medium of the drawing really interests me. These days I heard about his show in the Kunstmuseum Bern. You'll get more information here about the show and the artist (in English too).

I love dishes, actually everything kitchen. Last time in Paris I walked into a small store… and I didn’t want to leave anymore. Go visit Astier de Villatte, I’m sure you will stay there for a while…
The "Wandering Minds" become more and more concentrated… tomorrow I will add a few pieces to my shop.
Preparing some additional prints for Kelly Lynn Jones from Little Paper Planes. See this fabulous online store!
beauchamping. In the truest sense of the word, these prints make my heart beat. I recently found Gregory’s shop beauchamping on Etsy. He’s work combines wisdom, intelligence, a fine sense of humor and a high level design – the right ingredients. A discovery.
Silvia Bächli. I follow and love the work of this Swiss artist since a long time. The reduction, the partition of a white sheet of paper with lines, clear and at the same time full of live and emotion is impressing – even more when the single drawings and paintings interact, laying arranged on a table or hanging on a wall. Poetry.
Silvia Bächli officially represents Switzerland at the 53rd International Art Biennale in Venice.
